You may fly but you will not be going to space today.

It’s all those people passing me on the right that are the problem.

I personally wouldn’t mind.  If my inconvenience in taking a test every ten years helps keep unskilled or otherwise risky drivers off the road until they get recertified, I’m all for it.

I’ve studied it. It’s an amazing thing. Honda looked at it and said “Well instead of all those electric motors integrated into the transmissions along with the ICE engine power input, we’ll make our hybrid an EV with a small battery and a 1.5 liter generator to charge it. Plus we can use the ICE engine on the highway”.

At waht point do we find 0-60 under 5seconds silly for regular driving? How many people actually ever drive over 85 mph? This seems to be more of a company trying to stay relevant then any earth shattering technology. The load on the motor is aerodynamics and with instant torque of electrical motors this seems like

those cars were actually great though - shiny, good feel for the wheel and they kept the moving parts clean.

Entune is the worst system on the market, hands down.

The only thing that is true in your statement is that it would handle (marginally) better when driving “spiritedly”, which few people care about.

Ooof. I drove one of these as a rental this past weekend and I must say, I had a different takeway. Granted, it was in Generic Crossover Gray (TM) and a lower trim level, but it just felt completely thoughtless. It did everything I asked it to, but, it did so somehow in a overtly unremarkable way. Also, upon cold

That wasn’t fun at all. I enjoyed the Rolls Royce configurators where you can make it a challenge to see how bad you can sear your retinas.

Was just down at the Kennedy Space Center last week, definitely the coolest thing we’ve done. Seeing the hardware up close definitely reinforces it.

Exactly.

So something between a RAV4 and C-HR? MSRP for those is only $4k apart, that’s not much room.

Amen. I’d gladly live in a world where a 4 door sedan had 150hp and got better mileage than in our current iteration where we all think we need 300 hp daily drivers.

FTFY

No A/C?! Even on a convertible that’s a must have in FL.

I also prefer neutral with the parking brake set. I’d rather put the strain on the brake than the transmission, though I guess if you put it in gear AND use the parking brake, if your brake is getting worn down, then the gears can take the rest..

Crazy. I won’t act perfect, I’ve hopped back in my cars only to realize they are in neutral with the parking brake set, but even if I were to release the brake, they don’t have the ability to roll anywhere. I even set the brake in my automatics. Mainly in case anyone bumps the car, I don’t want it rocking on the

or like.. always use the parking brake every time you park?
