This falls along the same lines as a friend with a boat.

That’s a great bro-truck photo. I didn't realize that bro-trucks got the grocery lists on them these days. Today I learned!

This right here. Everyone knows their lap times. If a competitive driver had a bit of bad luck and has similar lap times, let him/her fight it out with the leader. If said driver is off the pace, have a blue flag. The race Marshalls can even use some math and lap time percentages to figure out how to apply this rule

Every built in US America vehicle I’ve purchased since the late 1980s has been a Japanese brand (All good cars). I’ve had a German car built in Mexico that was no bueno. And since the mid 2000s, I’ve only purchased Japan built (new) cars.

Like the Blues Brothers! I love it!

Or make road courses in abandoned mall parking lots. All the cars racing would be familiar with the courses.

My current plate is a sticker on aluminum. Why not just send the front "sticker" for all the cars? 50% savings in required aluminum, no front plate mount required, and better aero.

Big SUVs are usually V8 and RWD. Don’t you think it would be fun to watch some hot 4 cylinder CVT action?

They are working on that. Have you seen how empty the stands are? I went to the 600 in Charlotte earlier this year. Lots of empty seats.

I've said it before, I'm really waiting to see the RAV4 vs. Rogue vs. CR-V vs. Escape vs. CX-5. What ever happened to race on Sunday sell on Monday?

Kiute!

The Jeep lifestyle vehicle is the Wrangler. In hardtop version, the new one is almost daily driver comfortable. All the other Jeeps are just CUVs and SUVs and they sell OK. Even in a downturn, Jeep should be OK.

I’d buy a PHEV truck if I could commute on electrons.

So true. My GF wants a mall rated Jeep. Went to the lot, only wanted a Sahara with road tires and AWD.

I exceeded the value of my vehicle with 1 brain scan! (Before insurance adjustment and insurance poyout)

I was in an accident a few years ago and even with all the sensors, lights, and body parts, the whole repair was less than my visit to the hospital for neck pain. I know they are 2 different insurance products, but the medical part seems way higher than the car part (appropriately so).

That would be a great series! I'd make the races kinda short, 2 pit stop deals.

That’s the joke I was fishing for!

$9500 is "my wife said I have to sell some of my cars" money. And now he said, "I came down on the price, I don't know why nobody is buying it."

Who won that race?
