I'd watch that! Let the drivers pull car keys out of a fishbowl to get their identical car, then give their crews a few hours to tweak and practice. Then, line em up in a random order. Run the first segment then reorder the start positions based off finish position. Like dirt track heat races.

Not that often but, a friend of mine has about $6,000 in a running driving Rampside. It's still got some rust, but it's mostly complete.

I've been calling 2 row SUVs tall wagons for a while. I'll add 3 rows to my van category. Although the wagon and van are both better IMHO than a SUV.

It has all the Jalop things. Manual transmission, air-cooled flat 6, Rear engine, RWD. It's practically a Porsche! Alas, if he needs 4 seats, it's a no go. The van version doesn't get the Rampside.

A wagon might not be quirky enough. A buddy picked up a Corvair Rampside a few years back for $3K and is working to restore it. They are out there and begging to be loaded with kegs via the ramp. (stock image)

And use Leaf power train to make a CUV.

Except, why not just find a 5.3 truck LS motor and trans?

Seriously? The rear seats don't fold down?

I just want all restaurants to be Taco Bell!

Thanks for giving me something to read while I eat lunch.

Am I the only one who doesn't understand why anyone would buy a Cayenne Coupe Crossover instead of a Panamera?

You’d have to drive it to Radwood with a Jon Voight mask over a Tom Cruise mask and peel them off as people question your identity.

People who can't afford a Camry Solara.

Jalopnik have no good cotomer sevis. Why they no sell manuel Corvettes?

I resisted the urge to laugh.

OMG, all those locomotive manufacturers should license this tech from Ford! WHY AREN'T WE PULLING TRAINS WITH ALL TEH ELECTRICS MOTORS! I BET GM HAS NEVER THOUGHT OF AN ELECTRIC TRAIN!

I watched this video earlier this morning and it played like one of those Chevy real people commercials. Mahk was the only thing missing.

1st gear: At what point is it OK to self verify your fuel economy? I work in engineering verification testing and most times, I am required to perform testing at an independent 3rd party laboratory. Why won’t the EPA require this for car manufacturers? Most cars are going to only a few (or 1) power train option. It

The bonus of the ToyoVan (TownAce) was being able to work on the motor inside the van. I once helped a friend replace a heater hose in a rainstorm. All the supplies were inside the van.

That’s hover car conversion money, right there.
