Honda? My doggo deserves at least Acura levels of dog amenities!

My youngest, who just turned 14, has already called dibs on my Prius, because you can get to the beach and back for like $5. Who says all kids are financially stupid.

Good point. I’d not need to daily drive it and I could get an OBD I (antique collector vehicle in my state) truck to dodge emissions testing. I do my own wrenching, so maintenance is just the cost of parts and beer. Most times the big ticket items on beaters for me have been tires and battery. Those things will add

I think the new term is "lit".

NP if the A/C blows cold. I love in Hotlanta and summer, sunroofs, and black leather are not good together. If no A/C, then it’s a $2000 car.

A bare bones compact truck would be useful for me, but in my price range that new compact pickup is probably out of reach. So I'll just buy a 15 year old F-150 and sell it when I'm done needing a truck. Probably taking no net loss.

CP I've got 99 probl... Wait I've got 2 problems and this Audi ain't 1. He can keep it for $22K or $20K or $15K.

*Insert roll coal joke.

I recently saw a Nissan Hardbody at the local Home Depot. It was amazing how easily that guy loaded bags of mulch in the bed. I can't even imagine loading stuff in the bed of a modern full size truck bed.

Yeah, thanks for putting the warning stickers behind the tailgate. Wait, now they will put them somewhere you always see them! Thanks for the rollover stickers on like every CUV visor.

Can confirm. My girlfriend wants a new Wrangler, so I show her the JL Sahara and Rubicon models on the internet, pointing out which one would be better for the local trails nearby. She said she didn't care about any off-road ability but just wanted the one with the bigger tires because it looks cooler. Ugh!

I was behind one yesterday afternoon and I didn't know they were selling them yet. It looked like an Equinox with a Camaro nose.

One thing that will make screens better is better voice control. I have audio and climate control on my steering wheel, now. I'd only have a primary touch interface if I could give a voice command to set the temperature to 74 degrees. Swiping and touching is not good when driving.

I'm voting for the HabaNiro because car shows should be about moon shot cars, not just orange paint and software settings on the AWD system.

Marginal NP. Good: PMY paint, manual transmission, looks pretty solid. Bad: stickers, cracked glass. Tree on the turn signal may hide the mold smell. If it's a flood car, I'm voting CP.

He also had a Simca (I think it was a 1000) in the early 70's. It was orange, rear engine, and slow.

When I was young, my grandfather had a Ford truck with no carpet. It was body colored floor with a simple rubber mat. Worked like a champ. Alas, it was a farm truck, so it would never survive a mall parking lot.

This answers the question of what would happen if a mini-truck show enthusiast had a Lexus RX.

Born in Florida. Father served in the US military in Europe and brought home a Fiat, with little bumpers. That was my parent’s big vehicle. The other one was a motorcycle. Shortly after I was born, the Fiat was replaced with something more reasonable, a Corvair. I was probably 4 years old before I rode behind an

When I’m on travel, the main function of my phone is navigation. When I'm driving my own car, the phone is the music source. I’m not really a talker.
