I had a set of DWS06's wear out in 28,000 on my Impala. No snow driving; they’re useless. Was very pleased with the dry and wet grip, but I’ve put 8,000 on BFG Sport Comp 2 A/S’s that corner harder, have far superior wet traction, and are wearing like iron so far. I’d go for the BFG’s again in a heartbeat.
Right in front of the shifter and also right in front of the HVAC controls? Thanks a lot, GM.
“Just rig up some sort of curb-jumping-prevention device and you’re good to go!”
He’s been in New England/Montreal lately so I’d assume he isn’t. His Instagram stories are fantastic, though
I’ll suffer through that fate...if I can have his haircut and sunglasses.
Charger on both ends is not an option, and the Leaf does not have the range I need. A Volt does though, and I’m seriously considering one for a daily beater.
This is just irritating enough to piss me off in mine. Owners manual calls for 91, 93 is usually the only premium I can find unless I’m out in the boonies in Maine and New Hampshire, and my commute is now up to almost 700 miles per week.
I think many British and older American cars and trucks had this feature from the 50's to 80's in some cases if they didn’t have a horn ring inside the steering wheel
Looks like an FC RX7 and a CRX had a kid. I dig it.
Makes his drive through the crowd in the early day,
Can Am was a victim of its own insanity. Flew WAAAY too close to the sun and they let development costs get completely absurd.
Your username made me giggle
The real move is to research online to find out who makes the OEM parts/fluids/whatever (if possible, like a Bosch brand electrical part for a German car or Denso electric components for Japanese cars, Visteon for HVAC systems, Tenneco for shocks and struts, Brembo direct for brake parts, Wix for filters,…
I’m going to use some inside knowledge here after working at a NAPA for 3 years in high school and having a family member with over 40 years’ experience working in parts store, and it’s not going to be much of a surprise. This applies to retail parts sales only:
Just a steering shaft cover. An ex’s brother used to hide his weed in there in his 98 K3500 dually.
Now I want spaghetti for dinner...
Have you ever driven a Ram SRT-10? I did once. I’d imagine owning it is kinda like owning a pet rhinoceros. It’s fun for about 10 minutes and then it kills you in a “we don’t even need a casket for this” kinda way.
I’d cough up some change for a Desmo 500 Abarth
