Just a quick note - there are plenty of electric “combo” cookers out there which double as pressure and slow cookers. The “Instant Pot” pictured above is actually one of them - I use it to make salsa chicken, give the insert a quick wash, then set it to slow cook and make oatmeal overnight.
I started with the manufacturer’s recommendation (1 part concentrate to 2 parts water and/or milk), but that was a bit too weak for me. I would guess that now I’m closer to 2 to 3 or 3 to 4.
