You should go to Skellige just for the Master Armorer quest. Love being able to craft awesome armor while tramping through Novigrad.

Why can't retailers implement 1 per household limit?! This was done for the Xbox One and PS4. Yeah, scalpers may still be able to create multiple accounts but at least it would slow them down enough to give the real fans a chance. I'm mean it should be common knowledge for retailers to do one per household.

UPDATE 13 (1/22, 2:45pm): It's up on Fry's right now. I just tried to go through the process and it didn't work, but readers are telling me they've successfully ordered systems, so GO GO GO.
