National Bohemian Beer hasn't been brewed in Baltimore since 1978 (although 90% of it's sales are still made in Baltimore). That Brewery is at the center of the Brewer's Hill neighborhood which is undergoing a revival. It is used for office space I believe.

They don't make the beer there anymore, not for a long time. It is all offices.

Just a warning, if you think gadgets are an expensive habit, Saltwater Aquariums take it to a whole new level. Oh and they are a lot of work. I finally ran out of time for the upkeep after about a decade and gave most of the stuff away.

Google Voice - Works flawlessly for years, supports my entire personal/business life workflow, never lets me down, and I can't imagine how it could be improved. I'd pay quite a bit for the current functionality.
