@badger500: I agree. I think many people would burn out doing this, or stop entirely when they reach their goal. Regular, light exercise is fine if you can make it a long-term part of your lifestyle.

@infmom: i was kind of disappointed i missed the taint bandwagon, so i had to throw that in before someone else did.

This is cool, but Xbox, Amazon, and iTunes are way ahead. They only thing missing is the subscription model.

who hosts this traffic? are they protected by safe harbor under DMCA? if someone jumps onto my wifi for illegal stuff, I'm still liable. I don't imagine this being any different. Who is willing to take this risk to protect law breakers?

Monopoly and risk are the favs w/ me and my friends. We play on pc though, so a game will only last 30 minutes or so. This helps remove the "roll of the dice" factor.
