@badger500: I agree. I think many people would burn out doing this, or stop entirely when they reach their goal. Regular, light exercise is fine if you can make it a long-term part of your lifestyle.

When cable internet was new it was really obvious when the peak times were, because the connection would suddenly crawl. I remember Friday afternoons being especially bad.

Monopoly and risk are the favs w/ me and my friends. We play on pc though, so a game will only last 30 minutes or so. This helps remove the "roll of the dice" factor.
