but that was kind of the point. take an ordinary car and make it stupid fast.

In a day and age where every car has a backup camera, and most have blind spot indicators on the mirrors, every vehicle that has a hood over a certain height should be mandated to have blind spot indicators positioned around the entire vehicle. whether the notification is a beep, or a flashing light, doesn’t matter.

you’re up here wrecking dad jokes for everyone else.

in Texas there is no state wide law against what lane you can travel in. there are specific signs that state “left lane for passing only”. they don’t exist in Houston. there’s also no laws stating that you can’t overtake someone on the right.

9 times out of 10 I am barefoot driving. first thing I do when I get my car is kick off my flip flops.

first gear: I find myself seeking out gas stations that accept phone pay. so the ones that don’t have it don’t get my money (and as a result, the people that skim the card readers at pumps don’t get my CC info).

that CRX price is crazy. the syclone I’m shocked it wasn’t higher.

    half assed city is better.

go a step farther on the power steering: always make sure the car is rolling when turning the wheel.

Japanese sports cars. Cheap Japanese sports cars. There is always one or two at the same time. The RX8, the MR2 Spyder, the Miata, the original MR2, I guess you can consider the Integra, Eclipse, and even the Celica as sports cars (they were certainly sporty cars), but there are always cheap sports cars from Japan.

it’s like people are starting to realize that infiniti offers the same crap as nissan only for a much higher cost.

step 1: I live in a place it never snows.

I want a winch kit for my BRZ. And maybe some all terrain tires. And maybe a lift kit.

I don’t think that publicist knows what the meaning of disparaging is.

I mean, for as much as they sell the thing, and as few as their are, you’d think a complimentary ticket to ride (plus all the health and safety paperwork) in the passenger seat for the 250mph run would be included?

lol, at the beginning of the video when Jay is driving, your eyes are glued to the tach.

the sound of the engine and speed I’m going help me figure out what gear I’m in on my bike, sure it’d be nice to glance at a number on the dash to see, but it isn’t a necessity.

    Bernie Ecclestone is a dinosaur.

holy grail and k-car do not belong together in a sentence.

“The dominant source of ocean plastics is not US or Europe.” this falls off the rails when you realize the technique for cheap recycling in the USA is to use empty shipping containers to send plastics to China for them to recycle.
