What a goddamn mess this season is. Stephen and David were incredible in this episode, their fight scene especially, and you felt the weight of their history behind everything they said. Sadly they lost me completely. Diggle was so OOC I felt like he’d been kidnapped and replaced by a stand-in. Not once has he had an

It was fine, I guess? I’m sad to admit Thea’s and Oliver’s goodbye didn’t really do anything for me, probably because Thea hasn’t felt part of the show for a long time now. I’m pretty sure I would’ve been really moved 2 seasons ago, just as I was when Roy left in S3, but now? Nothing. It’s a real shame.

Definitely watch live if you can otherwise it’ll just get cancelled again.

I love this show and I’m so happy it’s back. I only binged it a couple of months ago but it’s officially on my “watch live” list. Few shows have the honor, lol.

Katie Cassidy is definitely better as evil Laurel but the season has dragged it out so much that I’ve lost any interest I had, not that I had much to begin with lol.

Couldn’t agree more about Laurel. I’m just bored of it now.

Not the best episode but actually a relief to watch after the weeks and weeks of focus we’ve had on three of the worst characters ever - the newbies. I welcomed the break from them. If only Dinah hadn’t been around I would’ve rated it higher.

Agreed. I don’t care about any of the newbies and the show hasn’t given me a reason to care about them either. They’re a drain on the show, imo.

This was TERRIBLE. For a while now I’ve been wondering how much worse the newbies could possibly get and this episode finally showed me! We’ve reached peak level awful!

You ever notice how Arrow completely derails around episode 12-13 of the season? Every year without fail. This year is no different.

Me too. I’d give anything to have Speedy back. I’d trade in the new team so fast!

This was such a letdown after last week’s great episode but then I think that would happen when you rest an entire episode on one of the show’s weakest characters - Dinah. She’s never really felt like she’s earned her place on the show or team, being a 3rd or 4th (I’ve lost count) replacement Canary, so spending time

She’s made many comments to fans at cons saying she loves being Speedy and wanted to be Speedy again but it was out of her hands. And at more recent cons she just seemed so done with the show.

I don’t blame Willa for wanting to leave. She loved being Speedy, apparently, and they took it away from her and pushed her aside, given her barely anything to do.

One other thing, I don’t get why Diggle suddenly wants to be Green Arrow. I know that weird awful alien delusion from last season was NOT their perfect life so him wanting to be GA just feels weird? It’s come out of nowhere. He can do the same job as Spartan. I don’t understand.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy in this episode was the NOT Team Arrow newbies who remain arrogant a-holes. I still don’t get where they’re coming from. They’re nothing but hypocrites and Rene’s continued attitude towards Oliver, when he’s the one who betrayed Oliver and the team in the first place, is making me hate

Good things: OTA, Oliver/Thea being all cute siblings. Quentin/Thea talks. Thea being back in general. I also loved seeing Oliver fight by himself and I wish the show wouldn’t act like he can’t take on all those people by himself. He can and he has before. Stop acting like he doesn’t have the skills just so the

The wedding party was ten minutes long but there was actually very little Olicity in it, to be fair. We had Oliver/Thea/William scenes. A scene with Oliver/Quentin. Rene/Thea. Rene/Curtis/Dinah. It was more than Olicity. Don’t let your hate blind you to what’s actually happening on screen!

I’m having the same problem. I’ve tried but I really do not care about the newbies. Rene is the only one who has grown on me and even he annoyed me in this episode. Dinah just feels like a generic stand-in who I don’t think adds anything, the actress has no charisma and her scenes just feel either too melodramatic or

This was a bit of a strange, anti-climatic episode and didn’t feel like a midseason finale, imo.
