Here’s the simplest thing that I have found to break or cut down the habit, after your next video-game session that goes too long comes to an end askyourself these questions. What have I accomplished with this time, and how have I improved my life? Those answers will tell you a lot.

There’s a setting for that on my galaxy s4. It’s called Do not Disturb mode. I keep it on from around 10:30pm-7am every day. The only thing I leave on is phone calls and texts which I assume if you are doing either at any of those hours it’s probably an emergency.

Personally, I’ve found that both Monday and Sunday nights are good nights for sex. Sunday nights because it’s a good way to feel good about the start of a work week, and Monday nights to relieve the stress of a day no one really enjoys.
