Yeah, that’s how I feel as well. I do think there’s a strong argument to be made that a windows OS could be stuffed into a high powered smartphone that starts up via a docking station ala DEX, could be used to replace a work laptop that runs office programs and some web browsers. Even that argument is imperfect though

Just lie about having kids so you can use them as an excuse to get extra time off.

I’m not sure I really get the point of this one.

I haven’t hardly used my laptop as a laptop in a couple of years now except in rare occasions when I need to take it out of the house.

Legalize it you cowards!

I was never able to follow that story when I was a teenager.

It’s waaaay too boring for me to simply eat the same thing every day. I’ve tried it and I find myself thinking about going out to eat all the time instead of being financially responsible and eating what I brought into work for myself.

“That means remote workers are contributing less to the infrastructure of the economy whilst still receiving its benefits,”

Nah, fuck em.

“I’ve never seen it in person, but I figured there was no rush since with a name like Old Faithful.”

My understanding is that they are incredibly gratifying to those willing to put in the work. Like you can expect to put in a good ten hours of grinding, upgrading weapons and stuff before you take down your first really big creature.

I’ve only played one of the monster hunter games (3) and quickly lost interest, but guns aren’t something that are ever in them, right?

Yeah, but this website has totally recommended toilet paper roll hacks in the past.

I think this goes beyond not being the kind, loving, happy person she plays on tv everyday though. It’s not simply Ellen not wanting to be everyone’s friend, it’s more about how she treated their pay, their bonuses, what was considered bonuses for some while others got things like $5 gift cards as a way of saying,

I’m just happy that the show’s plot has consequences for it’s characters again.

I basically agree with your dream device. In terms of tablets I’ve only had a Nexus 7 (2nd gen) and I wasn’t overly impressed with the 7 inch format. I never really needed it for actual work like writing papers, and it was never a great alternative for movies compared to my laptop screen. It was a bit better for

“Yes, there’s still a crease”

I’m not trans so I don’t know how much you value my input. That said, you don’t owe it to anyone to buy their products and any reason you choose not to do so is generally a valid one. You aren’t punishing people if you don’t buy their stuff.

*shrugs* I don’t know that I’m all that decent to be honest. I have just been over the iphone vs android for a while now. Same goes for mac vs pc. Everyone just needs to pick the tech that works best for them and their needs.

Oh, okay. I can’t say that I personally experience issues with the widgets that I use, which is only a total of four, but yeah, if your experience is that they generally suck and ios widgets do not then I get it. Glad these are working out better for you.
