Wow, really? Didn't making fun of people with mental and developmental disabilities go out of style in about 1982? I guess it's all fun and games until it happens to your kid and it jacks up his life, your life, your other kids' lives, etc.

@pfernando27: In soviet Pompei, Volcanos get close to you!
@D0ct3r: They were "arguing" about who got to go last. Sounds like they all kept good spirits and kept caring more for each other than themselves.
So, uh, how does Gizmodo make money?
I accept non-annoying ads in exchange for really, really good services and products that are free. Eyeballs are the new money, might as well use them.
Don't freak out, instead put the tracker under a truck headed out of town, or better yet ship it to Siberia!
That article is 100% accurate and not biased at all!
@KingKash: Yea I'd definitely want to see something published and peer reviewed, but it looks pretty promising. Then again, there are a few red flags like how he implies this is how he was cured, and the IPO that make me a little skeptical.
I guess I don't hang out here enough, because I have no idea what this post is about. The hash mark makes me think IRC channel, but I see those twitter kids using it a lot, too. But you wouldn't say "go to" a twitter conversation, but you would say that about an IRC channel. But then, if it were an IRC channel…
@Agagulba: We should get rid of planes - just think what they could do with those! O NOES!
@flyrush: You could probably be 99% accurate predicting the path of the flight at current time + 5 minutes or whatever the delay is.

Okay HTC, let's chat. If you want to do big hoopla-releases like Apple does, you're going to have to pick a later time than 7am. People in the eastern time zone aren't even up and ready to watch your announcement by 7am let alone all of us in the central, mountain, and pacific time zones.
We have an awesome WISP in my town that offers 2GB down at burst speeds of 1.5Mbps and regular speeds of 256Kbps. In other words, it's deigned for people who don't know anything.
@Tenacious_ADG: I agree - the kid knows what he wrote, and probably is worse than what he claims. Like, maybe he threatened the president or something.
@blackcat12: That's a good point! I'm going to see how many countries I can get banned from!
Well these look entirely uncomfortable, but it's not like a downgrade from what we have now.
