If you’re in a regular car or truck, don’t forget those head checks before you change lanes, folks. Your mirrors will lie right to your face.

At 284 kph in a 991 C4S in the far left lane on the A8, that is a moment that a person is thankful that Germans are more conscientious about checking their surroundings.

i always look forward to your articles, raphael...but then again, as an LA driver, i only look forward.

Does “mortality vector” work better for you?

If I were to park my car in a paved stall of any kind, it would be worth less than the ground it’s on

I think they prefer ‘paparazzi’

If it were an emergency situation, then no. But since the structure collapsed and then remained stable, it’s a different scenario. And I’m guessing the shoring they are talking about is more than wedging some wood supports under stuff. Probably more permanent and required plans to be drawn up.

It’s construction related. Yes, regardless a permit would be required before any work on the structure could start. Codes have to be followed.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they still got charged for “parking” in “garage”

@lobstr: Even Disney got in on it!

@LeadfootYT: I assume she keeps her racquet in the trunk?
