A TS compartment cannot be accessed by an S holder. I never saw a compartment name used more than once. Was surprised by some I presumed to be silly made-up buzzwords that were actually obscure nouns.
Yes, you must hold a TS before your SCI investigation begins.
More secure, the storage & shipping requirements were stricter.
