I think big corporates should be forced to pay the amount they are sueing for if they ‘lose’ the case. That would surely cut down on the ‘corporate-little man’ lawsuits.

Fuck...that picture is deep. I am going to sit in the dark and reassess the important relationships in my life now.
Sure, go for it. As a person who speaks English and converses with other English-speaking people, I appreciate the work you do.
Only of you share the results here.
Oh damn, that just got me in the feels.
Speaking of sad things, look at this picture, which remains the saddest picture I have ever taken:
Yup, they wanted him to pay them $10 million and give him the domain which he’d valued at $15 million moments earlier. That’s a $25 million difference.
If you noticed, that’s one of the main reasons their lawsuit was deemed to be bullcrap. They knew about the guys site, didn’t offer him squat, and then tried to bully. It got the other two original lawsuits thrown out right away.
Dude, reading comprehension. Nissan never offered $10M. Nissan wanted $10M FROM Uzi for using the domain.
$10 million was what they sued for, not what they offered.
Those Nissan managers are just plain stupid.
I drove a Jimny for week as a rental car in Costa Rica a few years ago. True story, my wife booked it whe she saw “Jimny” and thought it was Jimmy, as in GMC Jimmy like we had in the ‘90s. Imagine her surprise when the rental agency gave us the key to this tiny thing for three people with luggage. Somehow we made it…
Small suv + two solid axles + manual transmission = we americans ain’t getting it unless it’s a wrangler
...the same guy stole the car twice? The hell?
taser seat
I almost spit out my drink... take the star...
Finding a specific Subaru in Portland. This should be fun.
I’m seeing four trucks and three SUVs? Truck commercials have misled me to believe these vehicles should be able to cross this terrain.
My apologies for the pedantry, but this is not gridlock. Stopped traffic is just stopped traffic if there is no grid to lock.
What baffles me about a “Michigan left” is why the State of Michigan can’t trust its drivers to make left turns.
