Can I just add that I don’t think calling the ‘09 corolla “junk” is warranted? In comparison to other toyotas, it may have experienced some cost cutting measures, but it still kicks the shit out of my Audi, my parent’s chevy, or my ex’s sebring.
we had two. An ‘05 and the ‘09 LE. No sunroof, so we didn’t have that problem. Did see occasional low idle, no CV popping.
