He learned from the best.

Pyke proposed building an aircraft carrier out of his pykrete.

Maybe he just hated Adam Reed’s guts and wanted the show cancelled.

I enjoyed the first movie. Was it high art? No, and it wasn’t intended to be. Johnson told us all straight up that this was his homage to murder mysteries—Agatha Christie murder mysteries in particular.

I think the whole point of the accent was to take him as far away from the Bond persona as possible. Blanc not only doesn’t speak like Bond, he doesn’t move like him either.

He probably just didn’t like it to start with. everybody’s entitled to their opinion.

I’ve been saying that for years. Comedic actors generally have a little more in the tool box to work with than strictly dramatic actors do.

He does have an impressive level of snark.

He was probably complaining about the process they use if he was an old school animator. In short, nothing on Archer is hand-drawn. That probably pissed him off.

True. He was mostly playing Chevy Chase.

True. I liked the idea of the Dreamland season, but the story never really came together in the end. The only really complete story arc was Pam’s rescued/adopted Chinese family.

Yeah, Braff’s presence on the list kind of baffles me too. As do Ben Affleck and Brad Pitt—yes, both can be funny but they really don’t fit the role.

Replacing Chevy Chase as Fletch is a tall order, at least for people of a certain age. The fact is that not even Chase could do the role now. In my opinion, he wasn’t all that great in the second movie anyway.

To be honest, Fallon has limited acting range. He was always the same goofy guy, even in his cameo in Band of Brothers.

Chevy Chase doesn’t have Chevy Chase energy anymore.

He took Aleister’s advice to heart and got serious about his rehab. The rehab on his knee, not the other kind he should probably be in.

True. The last one he took for the team was in the forehead. I was halfway expecting for his coffin to be riddled with bullets at the funeral.
