Felt the same way in the 2004 Quest the wife and I picked up last year. The NAV display was so hilariously outdated, it felt like playing Oregon Trail on an Apple II.

Mazda makes great cars, but I don't think they'll be taking away too many of Subaru's core customers just because they misspelled "subaru". People who want an AWD econobox will still buy an Impreza. Flat-brimmed Ken Block wannabes will still buy a WRX. People who actually know how to drive a car will still buy a BRZ.

It has zero value as-is, is not habitable, and all the buildings would need to be razed and the new owner pay for some seriously costly soil remediation. Not a piece is left salvageable... maybe 30 years ago, but nothing now.
