There are fingernail scratches on this plastic. This looks like cheap brittle crappy plastic. I get that it is surrounded by carbon fiber, but how does this plastic scratch that easily?
Must be the picture. The center console sides are leather, the area around the shifter is a brushed aluminum and the trim is real carbon fiber. The cup holders are a soft touch plastic. Nothing cheap feeling anywhere and I am VERY picky about that kind of stuff.
Honest question: what do you want it to be made of? Plugs, lighter, cup holders -- places where things are rubbed against/scratched/spilled/stained -- what’s going to stay looking newer the longest, if not plastic?
