I just noticed! Giz merged into io9, so it’s not the worst

This little shit could be the key to uniting America together.

I don’t usually even look at Gawker. I'd just come to the site for io9 and Kotaku, I wouldn't start reading Gawker :/

I used it for a couple months. My mom has the same hair type as I do and it worked great for her so I kept with it way longer than I should have. I remember seeing so much hair in the shower and thinking it was my imagination that it was abnormal. Then one day I was styling my hair and it just hit me how horribly thin

I have fine/thin/oily/curly hair and I had problems with hair loss while using it. That shit is awful. My hair finally got to pre-wen thickness about a year and a half ago.

I think Christmas is actually destroying Christmas. The holiday isn’t even close to being about Jesus anymore. I’m an atheist and have 0 problem celebrating it, so little is actually related to the Christian religion anymore.

I think if they read the expanded universe that may not be true. A lot of stuff was built up after, so it wasn’t left up to their imagination. As long as the movies are as good as the comics/books/etc released after the movies I think they’ll be good.

Someone mentioned in a previous topic that in the books they go over the game that Haymitch won. If the prequel was that then I’d be totally good with it.

Slightly off topic but I had like a two part zombie dream last night. Part one was being on a really, really huge airplane docked in the airport. A group of survivors and I would fast track it to the bathrooms, hide a bit, then run to the next bathroom until we reached the exit.

Hmm, very good points. I find the general topic and discussion to be a gray area but for this specific case I don’t think I can have any kindof opinion due to the source.

The full quote is “Stemming from damage received from the coat hanger.” To me, that’s a clear distinction than stemming from being born a preemie and stating that it’s the coat hanger that caused damage which is now causing additional issues. If he was only suffering from issues facing all preemies, why wouldn’t they

I never said I knew, and you know I didn’t. I stated it’s something to consider when these topics come up. 50% of all preemies don’t live outside the ICU, and this one is a micro preemie with additional heart and lung problems.

I was just objecting to the notion the complications in this case are the same as the ones all preemies potentially face.

Depends on the state and the reason for the abortion. I don’t know if Canada operates like this, but each state can make their own laws on it with certain restrictions (like they can’t ban it outright).

But there’s damage to the lungs from the coat hanger, so this goes beyond what’s normal for preemies/micro preemies.

I can’t tell if you’re serious, being sarcastic, or trolling due to your use of “nanny state” in response to the coffee being hot enough to cause third degree burns within seconds.

Yeah, I just can’t believe they thought that was reasonable even after hundreds of reported injuries.

Their use of “some dumb lady” and stating she was burned when she drank it makes me think they just didn’t know what they were talking about.

If I remember right they had the coffee at a sitting 190 degrees which would cause third degree burns within seconds. I think it sits at 150 now which would need a full minute for a third degree burn.

I remember being like four and being so confused when people said it was from a stork. Like the baby is obviously inside the mom and she pushes the baby out. Why else would her stomach be so big?
