Agreed, and giving the premiere episode an A gives you nowhere to go even if it gets significantly better.

I haven't seen this yet since I am currently overseas but I had to check in to be sure the final season was being reviewed. I am spoiler averse so I can't read the review or comments but a B+ review grade and A- community grade has me optimistic. Can't wait to catch up with the show and reviews in a few weeks!

Thanks for the support but I have escaped and am thoroughly enjoying my exile. Depending on the results of the election, I may or may not be returning mid-November.

I sent in my ballot and even though there was no official lever to pull or button to push, it was the most satisfying vote I ever made. If any other US Citizens are abroad, there is still time to vote but not much, so get that ballot in the mail now!

Yikes, I knew choosing Kevin Can Wait for CL was risky because for some reason people still like Kevin James but I thought Bull was a safe choice.

I figured that Luke bumped up the price for Cottonmouth.

It was completely predictable but still impactful. The fact that I know I'll miss the character going forward, despite only appearing in to episodes says a lot about his performance.

That annoyed me too. I wished they would have found a creative way to make an engaging fight scene where damage wasn't caused to the space that he was trying to protect.

I wasn't sure whether I would like this since I know nothing about the MCU or the comic book version of Luke Cage, beyond what I saw on JJ, but I'm glad to see that this seems to be similarly self-contained.

Being six hours ahead, I was blissfully asleep during the debate. There is a bar showing it in its entirety this evening, organized through a local "Democrats Abroad" chapter, should I go watch or will reading comments here and viewing clips suffice?

Where is Jessica Hinch/Brighter Days/whoever s/he morphed into after that? We need to know what they are planning.

Ugh! I have a feeling Kevin Can Wait is going to be this season's Dr. Ken. I'm regretting the decision to include it even though I have no doubt that it's terrible.
