Anyone else catch the reference to Jason Segal's 2010 GQ interview?

The commentary for team figure skating wasn't done live. I watched parts of it when it aired live in the morning, and the commentary was totally different. The evening commentary was less technical and more about narrative, it felt like. Easier to do when you know the outcome.

Perhaps this is a stretch, but was Cheryl referencing The House of Dies Drear when talking about her uncle dressing up like a ghost in the tunnels?

Poor Mister Pamuk.

Becoming!

No Stan Rogers?  For shame.

Maybe that'll be enough to get the show on DVD.

I went to IMDB to make sure that I wasn't dreaming it, and the top review there says "Worth watching for the hair and wardrobe" so make of that what you will.  I do remember they didn't make much of an effort to age-down Wendie Malick so both of them appeared to be ageless the whole time.

Yeah, it was on Lifetime in the summer of 1999.  I must have been watching Party of Five reruns that summer or something, because I got suckered into watching it because of all the commercials they ran for it.

Hoped to find a question about Take My Advice:  The Ann and Abby Story where she played both Ann Landers and Abigail Van Buren.  But then again, I may have been the only person who watched that.

Oh, I'm aware, but they're also authorized by Watterson and hand-signed and numbered.

There are prints of Calvin and Hobbes strips and other artwork out there.  His syndicate would send them out to any newspaper that ran the strip.  There's one hanging in my folks' kitchen.

It's not Aeron, they haven't cast him yet.  They've just put a random Drowned Priest in his place for this season.

Edgar yerr skin is hangin' off yer bones.

Read the books, they're surprisingly dark and violent.
