Yea, no. This has a lot of extra stuff that simply did not exist in the Wii U version. Major gameplay tweaks, which MK8 Deluxe did not do, it did not change kart handling for example, while SSBU has changed fighter feel, ya know a major part of the game.

No, you can’t access the store from the PSP anymore, but you can still buy and redownload PSP games from the PlayStation store either through the website, a Vita or a PS3. You can still download titles on a PSP too through the download list.
