Demand. People want Pokemon games. Lots of people want Pokemon games and lots of people don’t want to sell.

You can buy it on PSN!...for PSP...with no online.

Redchanit, a Reddit 4Chan mix.

Personally I blame Jane Austen and her book Pride and Prejudice.

That’s the exact part of your computer Windows decides makes up a computer and the difference between a full version and an upgrade. That’s why you had trouble. You would have had trouble doing a paid upgrade with replaced motherboard too.

Don’t use really use Windows, plus I doubt this game uses touch screen so in reality I’ve either got a game pad hooked up or keyboard. Which really means the most portable thing is a laptop any ways. Not something I’m particularly keen on either.

Oxford Dictionary lists it as an adjective form of stupid, it’s also in other dictionaries.

What’s even stupider is they already have a localization! And it’s not even out on PC in Japan! So WTF! They are doing a PC port just for the west. I don’t get it. JRPG is really the last thing I want to play on PC, makes so much more sense on handheld.

Why does it matter? It was great, and I got to play offline and use a controller(which I personally prefer) and have it actually work unlike when I played Ep. 1 a year later. It’s not like any one gave two shits about HL2 Deathmatch so other than graphical fidelity I wasn’t really missing anything.

Er, it’s not that difficult to have multiple consoles set up on one TV. Hell in your example it only takes two. An original Xbox for Mafia and Half-life 2 and then a PS4 or Xbox One. I can certainly pick up a different controller and swap one disc in the same day and then hit one button on my remote to swap inputs.

The same way they remastered Day of the Tentacle. They only came out 5 months apart, Day of the Tentacle looks very visually similar to Sam & Max Hit the Road.

It’s a big difference between one country forcing a law on another and one instituting it on its own accord.

No they weren’t. They were instituted during the Meiji revolution because they thought it would make them seem more western and civilized because that was what Britain and the other powers at the time had.

Well there is a handful(most now?) of Harvest Moon/Rune Factory/A Story of Seasons games on handhelds which let you do the same thing too.

No, MAME doesn’t. Probably since most modern arcade games just run on very specific Windows computers these days.

Yep. Some don’t even give digital manuals any more. Nintendo does but they all have that ugly template which I feel loses half the charm. Vita ones are great except some games don’t bother with more than the health and safety thing. Sony seems to have decided the PS4 didn’t even need those, and if you’re lucky the PS4

It’s not that unreal or crazy. Windows 10 Mobile and Windows RT already operate in the way that everything must come from their store. As it stands now MS can not immediately do the same thing to desktop Windows without a huge backlash BUT they can nudge people in the right way to make it be accepted. It’s like

Their product can make other products worse, or worse block other products. It’s not about the fact that Gears of War PC is only sold on the Windows 10 store. Or that the Windows 10 store is lacking features.

And with Epic’s new service they are doing exactly that. Providing software directly to consumers, there is no publisher, no store front middleman.

Doubtful. I really highly doubt that 20+ year old games available on their 4th platform not including emulators is what is going to drive New 3DS sales.
