Nope. Only way to play Vita games on TV is Playstation TV. That weird mystery port on the original Vita is supposedly a TV out port they never made a cable for.

You can’t turn off all the telemetry without the enterprise version or messing around with port blocking. It mentioned Edge to me as soon as installed Chrome and set it as the default, telling me I should give it a chance despite the fact it has no extensions and only runs on one platform so browser sync is useless.
