To be fair the game DOES actually have IIRC one or two hundred unlockable costumes and all the ones being added in the costume club are post day 1 DLC. $70 is still more than I'd ever pay but it's better than some games where the only costumes are available through DLC.

MGS3 runs on Vita at native resolution with no framerate problems...it runs plenty of games at native resolution and even those that aren't like AC3:Liberation still look better than every 3DS title. Either way it's still way way more powerful than the New 3DS at the same price.
