In the United States, there are no laws against passing on the right. There are no suggestions against it in any drivers manual. It is the responsibility of the driver changing lanes to check there mirrors. Passing on the right in the U.S. is both legal and acceptable.

People who get violent road rage don’t get it for rational, logical reasons. Depending on everyone to think and act as you would is always disappointing and yes, sometimes dangerous. They’ve already provided some evidence against being of “sound mind” by 1) driving a Navigator and 2) in that condition.

Funny you ask. I got backed into in the parking lot of my local library, and the cops didn’t issue a ticket because they said it was private property.
But can the police issue tickets on private property?
My guess is FCA marketing execs will be the only ones to ever compare this to a RR. I think they’ll be more likely be on par with a Sequoia and not even make it to Caddy levels of luxury.
