You said it yourself, 6mt resolves your issue with the 7at your friend has.

Your friend should get an update DVD for his Navigation via Navtech (they always run a sale in June/July for 99$ to get the update disc for the past year. I don’t use my navigation as Waze is better for myself and keeping an eye on 5-0.. but I

Ummm, although in smaller numbers...6mt sedan’s do exist. Maybe you meant the AWD / X variety...as I believe those only equipped w/ the 5AT (2008 and 09) and 7AT.

Same boat. I still look back when I park her and she’s been a wonderful daily driver thus far (6mt rwd graphite shadow sport coupe). I rock the stock’s for winter with winter tires and could care less about people telling me RWD isn’t feasible in the Midwest. No issues at all the past two winters.

I’m sure all the kiddies are impressed.. even more impressive if you ever try to be professional— pull up to a business or business types of sorts and you’re in your boy racer— I just graduated from college and got some money car. I enjoy subbies, but those living up to the stereotype and looking past that hideous

Aside from your weight commentary, it sounds like you’ve never driven the car. This coming from someone who once actually owned a Merc Marauder (sorry, no Cougar) back in the day and is now in a ‘11 g coupe. 6mt is definitely not glass and only fat people get bothered by sport seats in these.

Can not compute. Not possible; at least in our area (or Chicago for that matter).

Come to the next Indianapolis Cars & Coffee and judge the crowds accordingly. Hair gel is mandatory in the bavarian wanna be crowd.

Yes!

Aside from the abysmal app’s provided and issues people are having w/ the infotainment left and right. I do agree..the q50s interior is a really nice evolution for the infiniti. I had one for a loaner a few weeks back when our EX was in the shop. I drive a ‘11 coupe for reference

You must have had a real lemon of the bunch and an early ‘08 or ‘09 model to boot as you mentioned the seat frame issue that hasn’t plague people on myg37 with newer model years.

Third brake light? You must not have had the S spoiler as the third brake light is disconnected and integrated into the spoiler.. I’ve yet to

I can’t say enough positives about my ‘11 6mt coupe. I got it with 18k miles on the clock and at 45k miles now. There is absolutely no reason why I won’t be in this car way past 100k miles. Small, tasteful mods really can set this car apart and I still love looking back at my car when I park it just as much as day 1.

Not the Merc 3.0 TT, but their own in-house, new from the ground-up 3.0 TT platform. They announced it a couple months back at the Detroit Auto Show.

‘11 rwd coupe here... I avg 21 city and 26 highway. 45k on the clock. Yes, if I get on it (6mt) i can get it down to 15-16mpg :).

I’m sad you even had to come into contact, let alone interact with such people. Those type usually drive their dad’s old porsche or BMW around here (Indianapolis).

G37’s are not in short supply of owners at the software development company I work for. Nerd herd galore. lol

You need to come to Indianapolis then. All G37 club owners are over 35...it seems closer to 40 is the median age.

Maybe you’re confused with the g35 crowd.

It seems a large contingent of Jalop’s blew their ability to judge audible tones out from listening to way too much hair-metal back in the 80’s.

You must really hate the GTR exhaust note then.

It’s a fine balance, as the coupe or sedan..stock in rwd or awd form locks like a lifted vehicle.. Some nice Works with meaty tires and a moderate drop on koni yellows and swift springs...simple, clean and differentiate from the rest of the G’s driving around at nearly bro-truck ride height.

My ‘11 g37 coupe has been more dependable than any of the three Honda accord’s I’ve owned in the past.

Definitely giving...I don’t discriminate giving it to the old lady in any of her 3 holes.

Thanks for the head’s up that this game is at the D&B here in Indy. Saves me the time of calling them up to inquire. I’ll make the trip next Wednesday (half-priced games) as I have a card with a ridic amount of credits left from a company outing.
