Does anyone track their moods here, and if so why and what’s your best method? I have a lot of dark thoughts, not so much suicidal anymore since my dizziness got resolved, but I still feel rather fed up with my life, and I’m wondering if tracking my moods would help me how bad these low times are and when they happen…
