You have to get the babies quick—feral cats are difficult to socialize to be indoor pets much after 12-16 weeks. But call the Humane Society in your area and ask about TNR—trap, neuter (vaccinate) and release. A TNR group can help you.

Search for Trap Neuter Release and your city. A local group or city service will have resources, spring traps and low cost neutering. There might be a foster group near by that could take the kittens and get them socialized before its too late.

I would do a search for any foster IG accounts in your area - I follow a bunch and you can usually get them to help out with it and getting them shots, spayed, etc and finding good homes! None of them that I follow work with kill shelters at all. They’re all about getting them socialized and homes.

Oh, gosh. I have no idea. I got my girls at a no-kill, cats-only shelter. If your city has a place like that, maybe call and see if they have any advice. Good luck!
