"OH, HAI! What kind of drink would you like today?"
"OH, HAI! What kind of drink would you like today?"
My baby sister (age fifteen) would go crazy for accessories, crafts, and decorations. Most young teens aren't really into clothes these days, just give them a colorful duct tape— and they'd be happy.
I'm not much of a Hello Kitty fan (I'm more of a Pom Pom Purin girl), but I think that's pretty exciting that an HK cafe is coming to California. Novelty restaurants and cafes are fun in general.
I think out of all the costumes she wore in the past, this might be her best one. It seems like she only goes for sexy/girly type of costumes.
Are you thinking of the word "chonga"? I think it is a term that gets used a lot in Florida, and maybe in the East coast. I know chola is used a lot more in the West coast. However, I do think there are slight differences in those terms too. A chola tends to wear baggier clothes and chonga wears fitted clothes.
There was really no way to tell if they were "underage" models, since all them are dead and photos are old— it's hard to tell. Let's just say they're pictures of young women with developed bodies. They could all be under 18, but it is hard to tell. ... I don't think Paul Reubens can tell.
Paul Reubens has a thing…
St. James Infirmary Blues- Cab Calloway
Ah great, another place to explode my ovaries. Pom Pom Purin is adorable. I know Hello Kitty is popular worldwide, but I think I'm more of a dog girl. Too bad we don't have a Sanrio store at my local mall any longer. :\
I'm not sure how I feel about the Calavera make-up for Halloween, particularly when it is worn by people who don't have any interest in the Day of the Dead and the culture behind it....I bet they have no idea on how to build an "altar".
Just last week, I had a hard time finding a suede ankle boots with short/ flat heels. Thank goodness for Target's Merona brand! I'm so happy because they're pretty comfy an dressy at the same time.
I'm also digging my oxfords and sneakers too. I have a few pumps in my closet, but I only save those for special…
I grew up in a rural area, so my parents end up taking me to a suburban neighborhood with good lighting and smooth sidewalks. Even the "poorer" places in my city-town gave out sizable candies. During rainy days, I would trick-or-treat at my local mall.
That's pretty awesome. I also liked getting stickers and toys. I got a lot of those from trick-or-treating at a local mall (it was a rainy day) . My favorite treat was a mini coloring book with a pack of crayons.
I live in a pretty big middle class neighborhood, it is possible I might have handed treats to kids from different neighborhoods. I honestly can't tell poor kids apart from rich kids, everybody looked the same in costumes. Besides, the more trick-a-treaters, the merrier. I don't know what is wrong with the lady, I…
Did you decorate your house with lights and Halloween stuff? Usually kids tend to go for houses full of decorations.
I did with Pokemon cards, but I ended up getting attached to some of the *cuter* Pokemon creatures overall. I'll go crazy if Cubone gets presented. While Mewtwo isn't my most favorite pokemon, I think it is rather nice seeing people react positively to something really simple. Gotta love early Christmas and Santa…
I'm sure we won't find most people wearing these types of clothes outside of photo shoots and fashion shows. However, I won't be surprised to find primary colors, analogous colors, circular shapes, and mod design being incorporated into practical wear. Although high fashion aren't stuff that are wearable, the people…
Naoko Takeuchi's artwork basically got me into fashion illustration, especially in a form of an editorial style. I know the feeling of drawing wild dresses, they're so fun.
Oh, I see. I was too young to remember those details. But yeah, I remembered him turning into a boyband look-a-like, and the girl that he crushes on was actually attracted to him.
LOL. Wasn't that part of his dream?
I remembered there was an episode when he turned into a "dream boy" and wasn't nerdy for one day.
I want to be the Black Lodge Laura Palmer for Halloween, and my boyfriend would dress up as Agent Cooper. I have all the stuff for Black Lodge Laura Palmer: long black dress, blonde wig with fringe, and a red lipstick. The downside is, none of our friends seen Twin Peaks yet— so I'm not sure how fast they'll get…
