I word stuff crapily all the time and I definitely see your frustration. Because things won’t change if we don’t risk fighting back. We all want the same thing.

You don’t have to call the man an asshole for having an opinion, with all due respect. Employees are tasked with choosing their battles daily. Some decisions are easy, some are shitty, but anyone who has been employed at some point encountered a situation and had to decide how much their job was worth to them.

OK, I understand state laws can vary. But being reasonable, 35-38 hours is 7-7.5 hours per day across a five day work week. That’s a full-time job.
