Best hand brake was on the Porsche 914.  On the left side, you pull up and then could push the handle down out of the way.  Just had to remember to pull it up and back down so you don’t go driving around with your rear brakes one.

Safeway Select frozen pizzas are really good. I think better than most carry out chain pizza restaurants.

That is why they are an automotive journalist and not a math teacher.

I did a quote on insurance for a Bolt after reading this, replacing my wife’s 2007 Mazda 3, difference is $51 ever six months. (married, 40-ish, 2 car discount, no accidents or tickets in a long time).  They person writing in must not be tell the whole story on their driving history/ prior insurance rates.

So that is why you end up paying $10 for a crappy burger and fries! (Their shakes are very yummy)

It was not long after I graduated high school I was out with one of my friends, Brent. We were driving around one January night in 1994 in South Georgia in his Chevy W/T pickup truck- V-6 and 5 speed manual- shooting signs with his shot gun. I was driving his truck while he took shots. We were driving down a back

Keel shape helps a lot. Racing boats will have long deep keels with a bulb on the end, cruising boats will have a shorter keel but the weight will run most of the bottom of the boat so it will have less draft and more area to minimize side slip.

There is a lot of physics in sailing. It will make your head spin. Another thing about sailboats is due to the “suction” on the sails, the boat wants to turn into the wind but we use the rudder to fight that, so the boat then leans to get into the wind, so we add a heavy keel below the water line to fight that so the

I would say yes and no. Sailing close hauled into the wind you get the true speed and boat speed, so 10 knts of wind and 5 knts of boat speed so you could be feeling an apparent wind of 15 (slightly less since you are slightly off the wind but lets make the math simple). While going down wind you could do 5 knots of

Another gas price spike and people dumping their trucks for a smaller car or light CUV and Ford will be history.

I might have been on a boat or two :) It is still hard to grasp at times but it is about the “suction” the air creates as it bends around the sail and you have to have enough sail area to go fast. Even your normal sailboat has a sail area of a small house (1000 sq feet). Those AC boats have about 2800 sq ft upwind and

Sail works like a wing, the wind moves around it creating a low pressure so the boat gets sucked along, not pushed by the wind. You have enough surface area and low enough wetting area, like the AC boat below, it will go faster than then wind speed because there is so much force on the sails.

What is the average term?? If they are paying $400 a month for a year, that is not bad, if paying $400 a month for 6 years on a used, very bad.  Dollar amount alone does not tell the full picture.

Where is the voting box at??

Yep, a year and half later still in the gray zone!

First pic.. a driverless Chevy???

have not had much rain here in PNW yet, but soon the rains will come and we will see how big the problem is!
