Make your own hard cider. It is not hard and often times people who make hard cider have to back sweeten it because it is so dry. I have found when I make cider I use White Labs Yeast WLP002 English Ale yeast, it leaves just enough sweetness to be yummy without being syrupy sweet like some the store bough hard ciders…
