You are correct. The biggest difference is that the PC version will have higher res textures, as well as longer draw distances. The new engine MAY be more taxing, but not much more.

No I know that, I was just throwing it out there because I knew the number was high. It's a ridiculous goal for any AAA game, and completely out of the question for an indie dev like this.

BlOps sold 5.6 million in the first 24 hours. Granted, it's an immensely popular title, and these are some no-name developers. Though, games that are sold for charity purposes tend to get a lot of attention. But even then, 10 million pre-orders is WAY too high for any game, really.
