That game was awesome and the language was hilarious. I'm gunna go play that again now, actually. Might help to improve my mood today. Or, just watch that compilation of "dick" video, because it pretty much brings you through the whole game.

Game updates are as easy on the PC as well. Download and run an installer. That's not the issue; the issue is a set of Beta drivers that somehow screwed things up for RAGE that were built to add functionality for another game. Drivers, while a bit more subject to issues depending on the hardware, are generally pretty…
Do you know how drivers work? Because that's not how they work.
No, I'd believe that it is a driver issue. I haven't played the game, but judging by that screenshot for this article, there are severe issues with the game's graphics that are likely due to driver issues.
Yeah, and? The point is that they are equal in those regards, though I should have also put more emphasis on a developer's effort (or lack there of) for certain titles per system.
Very true. That should also be noted.
Except he didn't say it was dead. Sooooo, yeah.
Sit by and tweet about it until they get lucky and it is fixed, perhaps.
The only disadvantages come from developer error, whether it be game devs or driver devs. And those are both things that can be fixed.
Bandwidth? That is pretty low.
Well that's crappy. But how low is it actually capped?
There's bound to be someone in a group of friends who can host a server at their house with a high speed internet connection.
Or you can just take some halfway decent computer and throw a Linux server on it and do the same thing, more or less for free. That's what I do.
These look pretty excellent, I'm not really concerned at all.
I just meant as a game in general. Of course all of that stuff is still far superior to anything they have.
I think Crytek hates PC players. They only did this so we no longer could say, "well, we have the superior Crysis 1. Take that, un-tech-savvy masses!"
Uh, they've been labeled as AMD since the HD6000 series. Besides, the driver stuff is also labeled AMD.
AMD's cards are still phenomenal. It's just the Beta drivers that are causing problems. Something that should be fixed soon.
What's ATI? lol.
It's really not necessary, you're right, but I also don't think it's that big of a deal. Though, everyone here is harassing you and making it into an even bigger deal, and that's just childish.
