In other countries cop cars are easy to see so that when you need them you know they are around... yano since police exist to protect and serve... In america we hide them so they are impossible to see unless they want to be seen since our force is here to monitor and ticket.

There is a computer software that takes a picture of the front of a car and can identify what it is, very similar but much more rudimentary than facial recognition.
