Thanks! Good info! Unfortunately, they are bumping passengers when I really need to make the flight and not when I have the spare time/flexibility to take advantage of this.

Another bad thing about poison ivy (and oak and sumac) is that they are sensitizers. That is, the more you are exposed to them, the more sensitive you become and the worse your reaction to each exposure. That’s why some people only need to be in the area to break out or have a reaction.

Great points! I can’t even imagine going through security alone! (shivers)

Thanks. I live in NC where racism determines the districts, not the census (kidding not kidding).

OMG These are all beautiful but that red-winged blackbird IS the best!

What happens if you lie on the census? Or don’t fill it out at all? Asking for a friend...

You’re not the asshole. They are. I call them out. Usually I say”Wow, that must have been a great workout! It made you forget to wipe down the machine! Good for you!” And smile. Level of sarcasm usually starts very low so I have plenty of room to escalate as needed. (I like being flexible.)

Thanks, Beth! Great article and resources that I’ll be sharing at work ;)

I agree with the other comments that you need a backup (because signal & battery).

“investigate”

I hate the new design.

Exactly! I’ve always thought that. Thanks for the link!

IKR! WorkSafe Manitoba, WorkSafe BC, WorkSafe Victoria, WorkSafe Saskatchewan are all great resources!

This will be a great investigative video from the Chemical Safety Board!

That aquarium is awesome! I’ve not been able to find another that comes close to it.

I love Cornell’s bird website, too! So much good info about everything birds :)

I’m interested in the actual ingredients. If it’s highly processed, I’ll pass. Although I reserve the right to try to get Mr. Safety to eat some (since any plants in his diet would be an improvement).
