I hear you! It also sucks because other people don’t think the pain can be that bad. My dad called me a drama queen and told me to suck it up, that it couldn’t possibly be that bad - until it happened to him.

Lord knows I’ve tried sinus meds, nasal sprays, those pilot ear plugs, and various combinations of them but still no relief :/ One doctor attributed it to my TMJ, and another recommended a surgery that might help (I’m not having surgery unless it’s a sure thing), so I try not to fly if I can…

Mr Safety and I are avid golfers (he’s a golf pro) so our vacations involve a lot of golf even though I may never master it! lol
