“Should” is a recommendation while “shall” (or “must”) is a requirement. At least in the regulatory world...
One would think that, in this day and age, they could make the tracking devices much smaller!

I still have (and use) rags, dish clothes, dish towels, and (gasp) fabric napkins because we were to poor to keep buying paper towels and napkins! Mr Safety thought I was a hoarder because he grew up with paper. LOL

Quite valid! I wish I could justify paying for delivery just so I could avoid the aggravation of food shopping!
And this also brings up the whole disposable lifestyle issue! Filling up landfills and using resources to replace items instead of reusing, recylcing, repairing, repurposing, etc.
This. We downsized last year and got rid of about 1,000 sqft we weren’t using (formal living room, formal dining room, extra bedroom and bath). Much easier to clean, heat, cool, etc. The next move may be to a tiny home...just need to purge all the extra golf equipment and clothing ugh
Unless you are a doomsday prepper, it’s not that hard to store surplus. :)
