Look at FLCL, Excel Saga, Project A-ko, Kampfer, Kidou Senkan Nadesico, seriously I can go on here

Not so much FO but I find many RPGs CHA gives you tons of options to get around fights/issues but then don’t reward you XP so you get stuck with an underdeveloped character in a story forced fight that is damn near impossible
