If all the events happened in this town with SHIELD playing such a huge role and that portion of humanity that survived had interacted with them directly then it makes sense the name of SHIELD would live on and not the Avengers who no one there…

Looking back at that scene and watching the rest of the Cap Trilogy makes me think that after all he’s been through Steve secretly just wants to die, but his morals won’t let him do so unless it involves saving a bunch of other lives in the process. Or at the very least that he views his own life as an expandable one…

I disagree. Any issues with this episode (and there were many) are worth it for the fact that I FINALLY got to see Ollie give Rene the beatdown he’s been BEGGING for for months!

Yea that’s kind of a weird argument. I’ve never seen a Jedi try to take on a 3 mile long spaceship with a lightsaber. They usually jump into their own spaceship at that point

The thing that bothered me the most about this episode: Marcos and co’s half-hearted attempt to stop Polaris. They could have easily gotten past that barbed wire if they wanted to, and Marcos could easily have distracted Polaris long enough to prevent her from using her powers long enough for the jet to get away,…
