Simpler method for fast food burgers/burgers covered with wax paper/foil etc: don’t completely unwrap them. Eat the unwrapped part and use the wrapping to keep it intact; unwrap more as necessary. Bonus: your fingers don’t get messy and you’re not actually putting your fingers on your food.
