I owned a loft bed for several years. I loved the desk/work area below it (and, ok, living the fantasy of bunk beds I never had as a kid) but having to pee during the night was one of the reasons I finally gave it up. That and the fact my dog couldn’t sleep with me up there.

Eggs-zackly. And of course it’s privilege; the ability to avoid ever having to act like a dude no fun grown-up while still reaping every one of the choicest benefits.. T***p is often called out for being a man-boy, but he’s just more obvious about it. We’re too often ruled by the tribal bras from Lord of the Flies.

Can we elaborate on this to say that whenever the bumbler in question is a man, particularly a rich, white man, the behaviour is nearly always excusable? And the richer and whiter they are, the more their actions get hand-waved away: ‘boys will be boys’, after all. It’s only those of us who didn’t have the foresight…

The only thing that would surprise me would be news the T***p Foundation matched every one of those donations dollar for dollar.

Here’s what the Democrats don’t need: people who have been accused of corruption. Anyone with anything close to a billion dollars. People who are perceived as being particularly close to the Clintons. People who don’t know why they’re running. People who are old as hell. This is all incredibly obvious.
