Wow. Now I just lost it.
Wow. Now I just lost it.
Fresno State declined the penalty, too.
[Coach turns to new punter]: I guess you are better than nothing.
They went back-and forth, even in the Showa era. Yes, the first one was absolutely a horror movie, and they gradually transitioned to children’s fare, but even in the later Showa films, there was some surprising darkness. As wonderfully demented as Hedorah is, there is some seriously dark, twisted and violent material…
To say nothing of this minor incident:
Haha, seriously? You grew up with old Godzilla flicks and *THIS* Godzilla in particular seems comical to you? Troll harder.
I was trying to give the big guy a little bit of dignity, but since we’re going there...
Double ahem. Watch as the majestic Godzilla takes flight.
Huge fan of Godzilla growing up with the old flicks and Toho, but I can’t get excited for this movie. Godzilla looks comical
“Hi, I ate this entire steak and all the sides, but I didn’t like them. Please comp this meal.”
I mean... I dated a girl for 3 years once, before I realized I hated her.
I watched the video, but I did not stand when the anthem came on. I wonder how many people watching the game on TV were saying “look at that asshole sitting through the anthem” while sitting on their couch or at the bar.
On the list of First World Problems, this has to be near the top, right? The NFL, a league which produces billions of dollars each year, has created a stage for a lot of people to get paid to play a game, a few of whom get paid millions. Things must be good if this is how we fill our days. Launching hot takes about…
Seahawks cornerback Jeremy Lane also sat during the national anthem in his team’s game in Oakland against the Raiders.
You just moved the goal post. I don’t think ANYONE has said he does not have a constitutional right to protest. Has anyone suggested the government should arrest him? You get very angry at the straw men you create, right?
Lots of people who agree with you politically disagree with you on this. Can we have a conversation with the other side being so evil? Geez.
Kind of. The point of protest is to get people to agree with you. You can spit on Jews over Palestine (common problem on campuses lately) all you want, but I’d hope that woudn’t be considered successful protest.
Except this is totally different. 1: The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation primarily uses their own money, so no one is buying influence, since no one can’t even hope to match the amount of funds Bill and Melinda contribute. 2: Even if they were buying influence over Bill and Melinda, Bill and his wife are not running…
What do they call it, an "oligarchy?" But money is speech, doncha know, its our fault we can't be heard, we suffer the moral failing of being poor.
I don’t understand why there is any debate about this.
