I really want to see what the final evolved forms look like. You only see the first form for an hour at most (in a game with hundreds of hours of gameplay) but you're gonna be seeing the evolutions for the rest of it.

@Recoil: True, I'm starting to think that casual and hardcore alike are gonna be divided on this.

Because the only people who see 3D movies are hardcore film buffs.

That grass lizard thing is wearing a high collared robe.

No Dr McNinja?

Metroid Prime 3 was originally going to feature the gunship in a greater capacity, including piloting sections and gunship combat. They just didn't have the time or resources to put it in.

Wow, I figured removing a perfectly good feature for no reason would have repercussions, but I didn't think of this.

...well at least we're not getting our hopes up.

I just tracked down Mario Paint, and the manual has a guide to the Japanese characters (in all three alphabets) that can be used in the game.

@Abno: No one even reads the English version.

I'd like manuals more if they didn't shove in the same multi-lingual warning manual that no one reads in every single game.

I can hardly tell the difference with Sephiroth and Link. *instantrimshot.com*

Not surprising, FarmVille has gotten just popular enough to get a major backlash. Expect to hear jokes about it for approximately three to five years before the rest of the world realises nobody plays it anymore.

@nantukoprime: There's actually an app that does that, see FarmVillain.

If we're talking stereotypes, why wouldn't a game that has massive character customisation and all kinds of outfits and accessories to choose from NOT appeal to women?

There's a way better psychoanalysis story of TF2 on the Escapist forums somewhere.

What we need to do is get the fungus on our side. Then we'll be Orks!

From a hilltop, Adelaide looks like a forest with building tops poking out. The green city of the future already exists, it's only a hippie pipe dream as long as you keep calling it that.

Considering game development almost always has leftover ideas and concepts that don't make it into the game, this isn't surprising.
