@Limeade: Neir looks like a typical JRPG protagonist who reached his forties.

Hm... I can see the difference in style. The concept art Nier is drawn in the usual bishonen style, albeit older than usual. While comic book Neir looks more rugged- check out that jawline.
@Rod_Z: Western gameplay elements, JRPG flavour? Sounds very interesting, Cavia is learning.
As the other comments say, most people are on the fence because they have no idea what they're going to get. It's a sentiment far from exclusive to Japan.
...and nothing of value was delayed, except Silent Hill but I'm not a fan of that. Sorry for the people who are.
This is why I love City of Heroes. The character creator is nothing short of insane.
@Clive Bavels: So books aren't allowed to appeal to anyone under 20?
Man, they should have released these about ten years ago. I'd have bought them by the ton.
@brutedude: Oops.
Considering my wireless bar is glued tight to the TV (slanting top, can't just rest it there) and behind that TV stand is a mess of cords, this could be useful for me. Especially since I'm moving soon.
@Shrimp: I learned so much from the AoEII manual.
Considering the map's named 'Vengeance', I don't think the similarities to Tribes are coincidental.
Piracy is pretty widespread among young gamers here in Australia too. It's not just nerds doing it now, it's parents and grandparents looking to save a buck and they may not even understand that what they're doing is technically illegal, if unenforceable.
@MattyMattMatt: I've threatened to murder them for touching my stuff, I'm not gonna risk retaliation in kind.
@rayne117 - Sucks at CS 1.6: Precisely.
@TheSonicGamerFL: Considering Arkham reuses half the voice actors from that show, hopefully they'll have a similar version of the characters.
@Altima NEO: Just as it's starting to go out of style, this campaign will get people saying it again.
Damn, the Pokemon anime's ending and I missed the announcement?
About time. Pokemon was going okay for a half-hour video game commercial, but the characters really outstayed their welcome.
@Nihilexistentialist: Fair point.
