@gurfinki: To be honest, I agree with you. Previously those kind of games have relied on gamer word-of-mouth, but since gamers all dismiss the Wii as a kiddy console it can't get out.

@EzyB: As I said; once they've killed a human, they may well recognise humans as 'prey' and be more likely to kill again. In the end, human life is always a higher priority than animal life.

@johnlucas: Exactly. The Wii sold motion control as the default controller, and forced the market to pay attention. Plus it's cheaper and comes with a free game, the casual gamers aren't going to look at another console twice the price with an optional extra motion gimmick and decide to switch.

@JoRo1986: If by 'influenced' you mean 'provided material to rip off wholesale', yes.

These are probably the only ones that got officially released.

The Wii is still selling like hotcakes whether we like it or not, Nintendo won't work on a new console until sales seriously start to slow.

@ca$h: I'm not saying it should be banned. I'm saying you shouldn't be surprised when it is.

@EmeraldDragon: And the stupidity costs not only the idiot their life, but the animal as well.

As TVtropes calls it, American Kirby Is Hardcore.

@gurfinki: 'Just an on-rails shooter' is kinda like 'Just a Wii game', 'Just a casual game', 'Just a brownfest WW2 FPS', y'know.

Pack doesn't have the hand cannon Wiimote shells, pass.

@Spiders88: House of the Dead has always had laughably bad voices and plot, Overkill just decided to become self-aware and take it extremes. It's DELIBERATELY bad.

@quitefrankly: Understatement of the fucking year. And they were voiced by Bender and Ryan Stiles!

@zer0faults: I'm talking about the policy they have for lions and tigers, also multi-million dollar animals. Safety comes first.

Broke into Richard Garriot's castle home, and then killed by an orca.

@Gargus: True enough. But it's safety precautions for pretty much any captive animal in the world that once it's killed, severely injured or got a taste of a human, it should be put down (killed) to make sure it doesn't try to repeat that act. I know it's cruel, but that's how it has to be.

@stupid face: Fun fact; 'killer whale' actually originally meant 'whale killer' referring to the feeding habits of those things in the wild.

Looks like it's gonna be at least partly 2.5D. I hope they can pull that off.
